Hello i am in need of advice please. My I-751 was denied recently due to lack of evidence. We filed jointly, then i had no choice but to file separately afterwards. I have already made an appointment to see an attorney 9 days from today (only availability).
if anyone is familiar with the options i have which would allow me continue to live in the US i would be grateful if you shared them. I am not trying to gain sympathy, but i have no family left and life has gotten worse back home. I have established life here and i would like to keep it.
no criminal history, paid taxes, kept all my jobs, part time student.
As always i ask that you do not answer if you are hate filled and have nothing positive or helpful to say.
