Lets say a man or woman were successful at be a criminal, and built an entire life around their ill gotten gains, and there entire family, spouse, and kids, knew of their crimes, but were not part of them at all, other than living from their gain.
Then, they get busted, investigation s find out that everything, must be seized, what happens to the family, where do they go should a family be punished for those crimes?
Should the family be separated, criminal parent punished for crime, and the rest of family left homeless?
How would this be any different than illegal immigrant amnesty.
