Hi,
I need some help about the application as my wife is ready to apply her indefinite leave to remain. She got her spouse visa on May 2012 and came to the UK August 2012, she has passed her life in UK and ESOL entry 3 course. What type of documents is needed to show the home office? My situation is me and my wife are currently living at my parents home and my income salary is £7800 a year, will this be any problems?
