Should I leave job for another one?

I work at Citibank as a personal banker, a person who opens consumer and business accounts, applies for loans, credit cards, ask for help, consult on mortgages, etc. I have worked at Citibank for about 3.5 years and about 2 years in my current position. I'm being paid $37,800 + commissions of about $1000 per month and quarterly bonuses about $500 per quarter for a total about $52,000.

I was recently offered a position at Chase for a similar position including training to be licensed for my 6/63, life and health and starting of $42,000 per year + similar commission payout.

I'm very undecided about if I should leave Citibank. Branch location is critical in banking and I would estimate that both branches are in similarly affluent areas. Public statistics though indicate that West Hills, CA where the Chase branch is located has households with a higher median income ($103K) compared to Woodland Hills, CA ($89K). Both locations are within 5 miles of each other and would not impose any significant problems for commute.

I am hesitant to move for a number of reasons. The increase in salary is lower than the threshold I had considered before moving but it would represent a greater increase than I would probably get at my current work place for the next 1-2 years. There are 5 other people at the Chase branch that would have the same role as I do thus making it harder to compete for business.
