Hi everyone,
I'm trying to purchase a home. When they did the appraisal, they found some minor repairs that needed to be completed per FHA guidelines. They told me I then needed to pay for a 2nd appraisal once the repairs were done.
Is this correct? Others are telling me they shouldn't have to do another appraisal just because they are replacing a light switch cover and painting a door. Someone else told me they didnt pay for theirs. Id appreciate any info, thanks in advance!
