Here's the deal. I know WI doesn't support the common law marriage, I didn't know this till much later. I have supported the home, food, bills, mortgage was paid by her child support. I have a motorcycle that has a loan in her name but I've always wrote all the bills since she hasn't had a income in 3-4 years. Now the relationship is breaking up, she's angry and spiteful I'm moving on and she says she has the right to take everything she wants because she was smart to keep it all in her name, made sure to never put my name on the house, vehicles, etc. How can I protect myself or did she just play the game smart and I'm SOL to her bidding
