So here's the deal. Me and my family came from a poor country and we moved to canada a while back. It took us 5 yrs and we finally got a house and now that i graduated college, my parents are expecting me to help out at the mortgage of the house.
I got a job now and i can finally help out but i get so paranoid because i think of all the possible worst case scenarios… Like for example my job is a contractual job so what happens if my contract doesnt get renewed? Also, i got tuition fees to pay off and i also have a girlfriend who would bring up our possible future together… There are so many things and i think about them and i stress out… Like a try to find ways to prepare and solve problems and i just get scared and worried of the unknowns and it totally stresses me out and makes me mope and not want to do anything else.
So my question is, how can i enjoy life better? Most of my friends say i think and worry too much and that i shud "chill" and " relax" but its easier said than done. Like that doesn't solve my problems but somehow my friends seem to be able to think this way and live a happy go lucky lives and yet they're lives are probably more messed up than mine. So how do you guy's do it? Do you do like meditation or something, does diet affect your mood. Or is it just the way we are raised? Help please
