Ok, so im on an FHA loan. I negotiated to buy a home and got the seller to pay $3,000 towards closing costs AND prepaids.
So I've already paid to get the appraisal, general inspection, termite inspection done.
So since the contract is worded as closing costs and prepaids will they reimburse me for the costs i put up front?
