I am taking my house out of short sale and want to try and rent it instead of putting it back on the market. We didn't make mortgage payments for the 5 months we were in the short sale process.
If we did find tenants do we need to be worried the bank would foreclose and we'd have to kick them out? Or, would the bank work with us since we'd be able to make our payments again?
