Mortgage Company wants the property due to having over $100,000 in equity.Since a Judge signed for Mediation for Deed = handing them the house/ Deed for foreclosure. He wants to refinance but CITI is being very cruel by laughing when he has tried to talk to them and other unprofessional wording.
