Husband is in hiding, and I'm paying for a house I can't afford?

The mortgage payments come out of my account. He used to just pay me his half every month on his own. He ran away from home and last I heard he also lost his job.

His family is hiding him and won't let me speak with him. I need to know where he is in order to serve him with legal separation papers, but no one will let be know where he is, and im stuck with this house which is making me bankrupt. What can I do?
