Can my husband put his son's name on the deed to our home? - 1
Added (1). I will be going for a separation from my bipolar & abusive husband and I would like to know if he can put his son, my stepson who is turning18 in December on the deed… The house is not paid for… I cant take anymore mistreatment from them…2016 will be10 years of pure hell. I am on the deed but not the mortgage. The son is also bipolar.
