What counts as proof of address for NJ road test?

I need the 6 points and I have everything but a proof of address. Could I use a pay stub? That is literally the only proof of address I have. And I can't use a bank statement because I'm already using an ATM card as one of the points and you can't use the two together. If im 18, could I have my mom show a proof of address for me (like the mortgage statement or a deed to the house) since I live with her? Or can I not do that if I'm 18?
