My house rattles when trains go by, and I was not told that fact when I purchased this house?

I purchased a house for the first time about a couple months ago. There is a rail track near by and my house rattles when trains go by.
My house is an old house, 1925, and it is already a little leaning. I am afraid if this rattling would make the leaning worth. I was not informed about it when signed for the mortgage, and wondering if I could ask repair/preventative cost to previous owner.
Don't they have disclose duty when they sell house?
