Business partnership failing?

my father, sister and I have a s-corp. I have found that my sister is stealing from the business. I do not want to press charges, but simply want out. I have signed on the mortgage. My father will not redo the mortgage (to get my name off), unless I sell my shares for market value (I did have a buyer, but that fell through, because of my father). Does anybody have any suggestions
