I applied for a mortgage with my husband, we are already on preliminary approval?

We have all inspections done. The radon came back high, so the sellers will be installing the remediation. I wanted to pull out from the loan and just leave my husband. How will that effect our mortgage application? And will we lose the money we already deposited?
