There's a couple who has wanted to buy my house for years. It's in a very good area with nothing on the market. I finally caved and emailed them an offer but am already feeling uncomfortable, wondering if it would get more if I listed it publicly. Pic was told if there aren't enough recent comps in the exact area to support a high price then it would have sold low anyways. Thoughts?
