Ok so I know that your credit score has to be at least 640. And what else? Please someone with experience answer, I need a requirement list that can get a mortgage successfully… Also if you are having a car payment and still needs to pay off credit cards, will that lower your chance of getting a mortgage? I need a mortgage that is at least $30,000. Also what can I do to improve my credit score as fast as possible? Thank you very much. Please help, my desire for a house is stronger than EVER.
