He lost his job in 2012, said he wanted to start his own business but never made any effort to even print one business card. Then, he believed the "end of the world in 2012" BS and decided he wasn't going to do anything. He finally did get a job in 2013, however, by that time I was in debt supporting us both.
Then, he was supposed to put a new floor and windows in a rental property (one he never really wanted to buy in the first place but we did). It took him 8 months, it sat empty with a mortgage that whole time, during that 8 months, he was only there 3 months and the floor was CROOKED! After When I would yell at him to get it done and, he would do less, blame me because I yelled at him, he would say we never should have bought it (almost as if he was trying to get back at me for buying it or something?)
A few weeks ago, he decided he didn't want the neighborhood dogs peeing on our yard so he scattered moth balls around the yard near the sidewalk. They are dangerous to humans and pets. I went outside and exposed myself to them, picked them all up, threw them out.
I told him about how bad they are and to throw them out. I kept smelling them when I would go outside and get a scratchy throat. I looked around and didn't find any. I finally found where the smell was coming from today. There were 3 boxes of mothballs lying by driveway exposed to the rain! I picked them up to throw them out, one box broke, they scattered and I have the scratchy throat again
I am so ANGRY at him!
