Mortgage/Real Estate Calculator as a present?

Picking a calculator as a present need help. I am trying to find a calculator for mortgage/real estate. That's about as much information as I got from the person's wife. He is a lawyer specializing in Wills and contracts. I'm assuming it's for that. Otherwise he is just starting to fix up his old house to rent out so possibly for that? Talking to an accountant friend and he mentioned it needing "payment, loan amount, term, and interest". I got the info only a day ago and the last minute party is in 3 days. Looking in stores made me feel like a fool. I tried staples and what the representative came up with were 3 options, but which to go with? It doesn't need to solve world hunger, but I want it to do anything he would need. I realize he probably can do any of the calculations online free, but it's a present and not for me.

Any help is greatly appreciated. With the party being in 3 days in-store would be best.

What Staples suggested in-store: (haven't tried other stores)
