Getting a mortgage as a W2 that gets paid per customer? - 1
Added (1). Thinking of buying a home. I work for a company and get paid a 1099. I get paid per customer. My employer is willing to pay me as a W2 and still pay me per customer but withhold taxes and give me a W2. Thank you but I don't want answers saying I should reconsider if I'm truly a W2 or not. Just wondering if the banks would lend to me as a W2 with a different pay stub amount every check?
