Added (1). I have 21 years left of my 30 year mortgage at 6375%. My mortgage company wants me to refinance 3.75%, at no cost to me. The only problem is they will not allow me to refinance for 15 years or even 20 years because of my school loans. Is it a good idea to refinance and start all over with a 30 year mortgage.
