Can I evict a tenant for remodeling my home?

This is a lease to own contract. I intended to sell the home, and a couple was very interested. For months they told me they were going from bank to bank to get mortgages yet there kept being problems, I told them I had other buyers that were interested in the property and that I was no longer going to be working with them due to their inability to pay for the home. They then told me they'd just give me $2500 down and rent to own the home, and that they would continue to try getting a mortgage. They had promised me that they would be buying this home within a year. And, I was a sucker, and I felt bad for them. I have made several attempts to follow up with them on the purchase of my home, to which they explain that they are not currently seeking a mortgage. I didn't include the purchase within a year in my lease agreement that I typed up on the computer because I trusted them, like an idiot. I am making a mere $200 a month on this rent to own contract after expenses. I want to sell the home, and have wanted to sell it from the get-go. In my lease to own contract, I included that all remodeling and changes, even paint on the walls first needs to be addressed with me, and approved in writing by me. The last time I did a walk-through of the home, (although I didn't get pictures) there had been many changes made to the paint, light fixtures, etc. Is this something I can evict them for? I am desperate and just want to sell this home, they completely suckered me into this contract.
