I am behind on my mortgage, how many days after my house sells do i have to move out?

I am losing my home due to the fact that after 14 years inspection came and told me that two of my rooms are currently not legit and have no permits. To support them.
If my house is sold, how many days do i have to move out?

Also their is a guy constantly calling me to let his clients see my home. Is this allowed? Please Advice
