My husband thinks I am overreacting and I am being selfish, what do you think?

My husband took 8 months to install a new floor, new windows, paint a rental property that is in my name (technically, we are married so he benefits from it in the future. I also gave him $36,000 while he was unemployed for two years to keep HIS 2 rentals afloat or he would have lost them. However, in his eyes, this rental is mine and he is doing me a favor. He forgets he owes me $36,000 that I gave him for his rentals!)

That amount of time sitting on an empty rental with a mortgage is insane. He didn't lift a finger 4 months in a row. I would have hired someone to do it, but by that time, it was too late. I was steeped in $25,000 credit card debt getting him to do it. I couldn't afford to hire someone.

He installed the new tile floor with a slope. I kept telling him to make the floor level with self leveler. He kept saying it isn't the Taj Majol. (Yes, I was livid, especially since I kept telling him to make it level first.)

It is finally rented a few weeks ago, however, the new tenants need a two new blinds, a fixed gate for the fence, and a new back screen door that were not complete before they moved in. Through a friend of his that does carpet, I ordered two area rugs. His friend said they would be there the next day ( that was two weeks ago). When I asked his friend, he said he forgot, "oh, do they want them?".

I yelled at my husband that stuff is not done yet, now says he won't do anything because I am yelling at him. What do you think?
Added (1). Basically, it seems he refuses to do what is needed (which really is not much at all, he probably can get this done in less than 6 hours), but he has not yet and the new tenants moved in two weeks ago!

And he thinks I am overreacting about the area rugs. I forgot to mention, I paid for the area rug remnants, the gave the remnants to his friend to get bound. He came picked them up, then two weeks later, oops I forgot!
