Will i get back deposit? If seller declare this agreement null and void?

I had given 50k deposit for new real estate contract. Will i get back deposit? If seller declare this agreement null and void.

This is agreement clause,

lf Buyer is not approved for a mortgage

within 45 days of the date of Buyer's execution of this Agreement then upon expiration of the 45 days,

Seller shall either (1) extend the mortgage application approval process for a specified period of time

("Extension Period") or (2) declare this Agreement null and void.
