Car loan not approved from different bank that isnt where I pay my payments to?

I recently bought a car about a week and a half ago, and I left with the car the same day. My mom was the one who signed her name for the car because she has a decent credit, but she did have a foreclosure problem in the past. They still gave us the car anyways. We had no problem until I recently received a letter in the mail from the bank my mom used to pay her mortgage to, and they were saying we weren't approved for the auto loan. In the contract, and my father asked many times, "who do we pay to?" And "what bank do you guys work with?" And they said chase bank. In the contract it says our leinholder is chase and says nothing about the other bank. But in the letter it says the dealership contacted them about the loan. I'm confused to what's going on. I was reading on these websites that they will make us return the vehicle or finance some other agreement. We can't afford to pay any more, and I read that they will charge you for the miles that you've driven too. If someone can just help me that would be great.
