Mortgage with short work history?

I am 24 years old with exactly one year of work history under my belt. I have about $15,000 cash right now with minimal debt. My income last year was 47k. I am hoping to buy a $100,000 condo. I also believe I could get a small personal loan from my parents or grandparents to help with the down payment. I feel like I see people who are my age and even younger than I am that are buying their first homes and I am wondering if you think I will be able to do the same?
