How do we get FHA loan without rma?

We're trying to buy a property on a private road. One of the other owners is refusing to sign the rma. That is preventing us from getting the loan! Conventional is too expensive… Is there any way we can work around it? He doesn't even need to do any work, we just need him to sign to say he has no responsibilities!

Career Advice Needed?

I graduated from college in 2016. After graduating I worked for a bank for a little over a year and worked in the mortgage industry for almost a year. I got laid off at the beginning of this year. I found a job in less than two months. The person training me at this job was rude and disrespectful at times. After about 6 weeks I told my boss about this because I wanted the situation to improve, I asked for advice on how to improve my working relationship with my co worker. I was fired the same day, I was told I wasn't meeting their expectations and wasn't a good fit. I was shocked this is the first time I had ever been fired. So now I'm looking for a new job, I think its best if I don't put this job on my resume since I didn't even work there two months. My question is will a prospective employer find out that I didn't list this job on my resume with a background check? Also I'm probably going to have to take a pay cut on my next job
I started out making 32K a year, then 37K and I was recently at 41K. How much of a pay cut should I take?

Thanks in advance
Added (1). I just want to add more to this:
1. The comments that were made to me were "Can you read", "Did you smoke weed and forget", "How did you graduate school". The person was 2 years younger than me. These comments were made to minor mistakes while I was being trained during the first 2-3 weeks. After the 4 week I was working independently for the most part and avoiding my co worker because she had a rude attitude. Everyone that I asked for advice for said to talk to my co-worker about it.
Added (2). Or talk to my boss about it
I approached my boss to ask how I was doing, she turned the question around and asked me the same thing. I said that I feeling like I'm continuing to improve and working independently. Then she asked if I'm having any issues. I said I would like advice on how to improve my working relationship with my co- worker because I told her while I was being trained she was making rude and disrespectful comments. She asked for examples and I told her what she said.
Added (3). Then a few hours later, my boss took me into the dept manager's office. He told me that I wasn't doing well and I'm not a good fit. I said this is the first I'm hearing about this and he said it is just not working out.

I only have a 3 month gap for employment and it isn't that long in my opinion. I think it's best that I leave it off.

Sell my house as an investment property or primary residence?

Based on when I set the closing date, I can sell my house as an investment property (rental) OR a primary residence. Which makes more sense financially? Here are the stats: I purchased for $156K in 2009, put $35K in improvements into it and have rented it out the last year for same rent as mortgage. Only able to sell it for $172K, Yes, it hasn't appreciated in almost 10 years AND I'm loosing $20k in renovation expense. How to capitol gains and $ loss factor in to whether I sell as primary residence or investment property? I can still sell as primary residence since IRS rule says you should have lived in the house as residence at least 2 out of last 5 years.

Apartment I live in got broken into and my landlord told the contractor who she is friends with to bill me for the broken window?

The contractor has now sent me to collections and marked my credit. I'm trying to buy a house and I'm afraid this will hurt my ability to get a good rate on my mortgage. Without paying it, what is the fastest way to get my credit report corrected and get the contractor to bill my landlord?
Added (1). I did tell the contractor I didn't owe him. I didn't call him or arrange the repairs. Didn't sign anything, and was never taken to court. I did file a claim to my renters insurance for the stuff of mine that was stolen.

Why won't he propose?

I'm 25 and he's 35. I thought we're practically engaged but its changed. I get that these things change but why? It's been 3 years now & no signs of him proposing. I live with my dad & he has his own house and mortgage. He's had just 1 serious girlfriend before. He's been asking me to move in for over a year but I've always said no as we aren't engaged & ATM his house is a mess he's got so lazy he doesn't do dishes or clean. I bought him cleaning stuff a hoover etc. I said I can't move in until it's sorted. His spare room you can't even get in there. ATM it just isn't practical for me to live because there's nowhere for my stuff etc & it has to be comfortable for me if I'm gona live there right? His washing machine has never worked since I've been with him. He used to have a family friend who was his cleaner but she's gone so he just doesn't wash his clothes for ages then gives them to me. He should have the motivation to sort the house and propose? I know he works late & long hours but it's getting ridiculous. He used to mention the words "forever" but when I mention it now he says forever is a long time things can change. Maybe he stays with me because it's easier. He says if I lived there he would clean up & would never leave mess. All my friends are saving for weddings/houses/getting engaged & been together less time so why aren't we doing the same? My friend is 21 & got deposit & getting a mortgage with her boyfriend of 2 years. He's 35 doesn't he want to settle down or have kids?

In the UK, should I apply for the £10,000 masters loan for postgraduate study if I already have it in savings?

Can remarriage mean paying more money in child support in Virginia?

My ex is saying I have more money because my EXPENSES are less because I'm remarried. So she wants more money in child support. My income has NOT changed only my relationship status. Then my issue with Virginia; I don't know about other states; is they never use both my income and expenses to evaluated the calculations in child support. Only MY income. And if my wife's income is inclusive with mine and the court will use our combine income to modify the child support shouldn't Our Expenses be use too. (IE) I'm single, my income has Not changed, yet I no longer pay a mortgage does that mean there's a change in my material circumstances? And hence I have, I suppose, what could be considered as disposable income; so I must pay more in child support. I read remarriage can constitute a material change because with the combine income "my" Expense is "lower" and my income is "freer" to pay more in support. How is this legal and/or constitutional even? Because A)The court does not calculate anyone's unrelated child expenses as part of evaluating support. B) The Step-parent is not obligated to support the child/children C) Is it constitutional to force a person on how they should spend their money after they have satisfy their responsibly?

Grandmother dies with no will, daughter gets house and isn't paying the mortgage, can the granddaughter take her to court for the house?

Thinking of a career change from HR to Certified Nursing Assistant. Any advice?

I just turned 26 years old, and I've been working in Human Resources for 4 years after graduating college. I enjoy HR very much and could definitely see myself staying in this field for my whole career.

At the same time, I'm young and have no ties- no family, kids, or mortgage (I rent month-to-month). So I feel like now is the perfect time to try something new!

I have an opportunity to work full-time at a nursing home as a Nursing Assistant. Training would begin immediately and I'd finish with a certification, so I'd be a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The company would pay for the certification 100 percent and guarantee full-time employment once the training is complete. I'd only owe them one year of service.

So if I leave HR for a year for this opportunity, I'd become a CNA in just one year and have this qualification/ experience on my resume. It sounds great, the only thing is I'm currently making $55,000 a year, and CNAs are paid like $14/hr. That's incredibly low, so I'm kind of torn. What do you think? Any advice?

Thanks!

Town inspectors found a lot of violations witch I didn't know in my rental house but I don't have enough money to fix them?

This was my house, but in 2008, but when realstate market crashed i was about to loose the house, so I moved out of there. I tried to sell it but the value of the house went down to much and the deb was much higher than what the house it's worth. And currently still pretty much the same situation. I'm renting the house but I'm not even making enough to pay my mortgage, I still have to put $200 out of my pocket on top of the rent they pay me just to keep the house from going into foreclosure. Now despite of buying the house with a C.O. Town inspector says that there's a lot of work that was done with out permit, not sure how they sold me the house with all this violations. Just inherited large sum of money after dad. Should I keep it or give to family?

It's quite a large sum of money for my terms, but not nearly large enough to save me for the rest of my life (think 2-3 years max of worry-free life)

Mom asks me to keep it in her account as she would use it for various things (pay mortgage / insurance, buy land, get rid of neighbours in shared house we own / buy it out, …)

I'm currently in uni, so money is tight, but I don't need THAT much money right now. I've been able to get through with monthly allowance and a side job, and this would mean I'd no longer need to ask for allowance.

But I fear that me keeping it would shatter my already fragile relationship with rest of family (sister, mom) - they said it would mean I no longer have any interest in them (and implied she would disinherit me)

Should I keep that money and risk getting disinherited (this would probably just be emotional loss for me as I don't rely my future on getting any property), or should I give it all to my mother's account and continue asking for monthly allowance to ket through college for 3+ years until I'm able to get by on my own, or should I come up with a third solution (keep something give rest / shared bank account accessible by both me and mom / something else?)

This question may sound weird, but I really don't want to make a rushed decision, and get as much advice as possible. My mother is a rash woman with often jerk reactions, but I know she loves me. I want to make a choice that would be reasonable for everyone.

Having tenants pay off our mortgage? What do you think of the below idea? If we ask our tenants if they can pay just $100 per month more?

(as an example) and at the end of the year, we would pay them the total they paid ($1200) plus an extra $100 more (totaling up to $1300). So they benefit by $100. These dollar amounts are just rough ideas. And we benefit by having them pay off our mortgage quicker and so we pay the bank less interest.

Would this be a good idea or not? Why or Why Not?

And if not. Do you have other unique or unusual ideas that would work to pay off our mortgage quicker?

Where does a tenant stand regarding opening a Landlords mail and more?

So mail arrived at the property that I live in addressed to The Landlord and Occupiers, before the Landlords agent could arrive another tenant opened the mail. It had an eviction date on the mail for all tenants within the property. The agent has stated the issue has been dealt with but on Monday this tenant called and they were told the eviction has been put off for two months. Now I know the Landlords have made payment and the eviction will not be happening but this tenant wants proof from the Landlords/Agent. The Landlords have stated that they are not obligated to provide proof and the mail should not have been opened in the first place.
We would not have known anything about an eviction had this man not opened the letter and the Landlord would have dealt with it.

I wanted to ask…
1. Do the Landlords have to provide proof that the eviction is not going ahead?
2. The mail said Landlord and Occupiers, before the Landlord could collect the mail the other tenant opened it, did he have a right to open the mail?
3. The Solicitor gave the tenant information about the Landlords account, did they have a right to do this even though he is not named on the Mortgage. He even sent them a tenancy agreement.

The agent has stated that mail has been going missing which lead to the issue but he claims that's impossible, I have lived in the property quite some time and I believe the agent.

Let me know what you think.
Added (1). Just to confirm, the Landlords full name was on the letter then it said occupiers.

How to move to New England with plenty of money but no job lined up before the move?

I'm a single 26 year old woman with nothing tying me down (no kids, partner, pets, mortgage, etc) however I've lived in the same area my whole life. After I graduated college 4 years ago I found a job in my field of study in my hometown, and I've been with this company ever since! So I'm really not someone to hop around. Even though I live in my hometown, I don't live with my parents- I live on my own and I'm financially independent. I've been climbing the ladder at my job but I'm no longer happy here- it's time to finally go new places, meet new people, and experience new things outside of my small hometown (even though I love the small hometown feel!)

I've been traveling throughout New England recently to get a feel for the area (I live on the tri-state border of NY, NJ and PA). I've recently visited Burlington VT, Stamford CT, and Cape Cod and Nantucket. I didn't like Burlington but I fell in love with Cape Cod and Nantucket. I want to move to one of these islands but of course I'm open to other areas in New England. I have over $120k saved, but I don't have a job lined up. I've already started my job search but I really want to move by June. So how do I do make the move WITHOUT having a job lined up first? Any advice? Thank you.
Added (1). I feel like summer is the best time to move, plus I'll be 27 this June. It's seriously time to embark on the next chapter of my life.

Is my brother betraying the family? IS he selfish?

So in my family I live with my three older brothers 21-26. We all have jobs and contribute to bill and such except my father who hasn't worked in over 12 years. My mom has a job but she doesn't make much. We all have jobs and So around 2 years ago when I was around 17. My oldest brother bought a house for my mother in his name as s gift. He used credit and a down payment he had great credit and got approved. As a family my brothers agreed to help I didn't have a job and once I got a job I've been helping since. So my brother that's 24 says he moving out soon after an argument about money. He says he can't stand being here and that we all should go on our own since were all grown men. I said that's fine by me and give me three months. I really would rather stay rather than find my own apartment and struggle as I don't maje much. My oldest bro feels betrayed because our mortgage is 2200 a month not including other bills. My brother that's 24 has the best job of us get paid most by the hour. There was a huge fight between us and my mom is upset.

I have another brother older than us all he's 31. He doesn't live with us and I don't talk to much but I Facebook book about apartments. He asked why and I told him and he feels that our brother is selfish and betraying the family. He doesn't have a good job either and mainly is supported by his girlfriend. I'm just wondering do you think it's wrong to move out for no reason and putting. Bigger finance burden on your family?

I have a great job here that pays really well, my entire family is here, and I own my own home that is fully paid off no mortgage. She is devastated. The job market here is bad. I'd rather her take any job even just working at a hotel or something then have us have to move. Am I being selfish? What should I do?

Don't know what to do about this bad family situation?

I'm 19 and live with my three brothers,21-26 and our parents. Ok so my dad doesn't work and hadn't for years and my mom doesn't make that much money. They are 60 and 54. Our mortgage is around 2200 a month. My oldest brother had good credit and bought this house for my mom because she wanted a bigger house and that was birthday gift to her in a way. So now, we all have jobs and my brother that's 24 says he thinks it's time for us leave and be on our own since we're all grown men now. It happened after an argument in the house about money issues. I said it's fine by me even mudt give me 3 months I'll be out by June on my 20yh birthday. Even though I honestly would rather save my
money than look for an apartment. So my oldest brother is angry because he feels betrayed because he doesn't make over 2200 a month. My brother that's 24had the best job but he's going to move out. My mom is upset my dad and brother that's 21 seems indiffetrnf. I'm acting as if I don't care but feels it's not right to leave my oldest brother and mom to pay for this alone and plus I'll struggle more but hey that's life tight? I don't know how to feel? Is he selfish?

How would an 18 year old go about getting into real estate?

My father has a foothold in the real estate market up in washington, buying homes and renting them out for monthly income. I'd love to do this as well, but honestly it doesn't seem like I can do much without getting a job for a year or two to afford a down payment on a house. As well as attaining enough credit to look good for a bank for a loan on the mortgage. Am I too young for a bank loan of such magnitude? What should I do?

What happened to my mortgage loan?

I paid the loan for next month last night via transfer from an account. When I woke up this morning I checked to see if it went through. Not only does the account activity show the payment was made, the mortgage loan has completely disappeared from the account. It doesn't show that we owe for a loan anymore. What could've happened?

I cried in front of the professors in my PhD program, is that really bad?

I'm usually always professional. I'm in my first year of a phd program and have gotten A s and A- s in all 11 of my classes. A math professor recently gave me an F in my Stats class. I was told by my advisor that the school won't accept my appeal, that getting an internship will be harder now, that I have to take the class over, yet the F will always stay on the transcript, that if I get another F in the program (over the course of the next 3 years), I will be kicked out of the program and will have to pack my bags and move back home across the country with no degree and a loan thats worth a mortgage. I broke down and cried in front of two of my professors who are important figures in my program. I'm deeply embarassed for crying. I couldnt help it. Do you think that was very unprofessional of me as a phd student?

Want to buy house w/partner w/ FHA loan, was a cosigner, annual income $60,000?

Want to buy house w/partner w/ FHA loan, was a cosigner, annual income $60,000?
Added (1). I was previously a co-signer on my stepmom's loan. I would like to buy my own home/get an FHA loan. I never claimed any first time buyer credits (etc). I can prove my stepmom made all pmnts.

Combined income of $60,000, down payment of $5,000, My credit score is 720, partner has none.

What is amount I could possibly borrow?
Would I even be able to borrow/get an FHA loan such as this?
What do I need to work on to strengthen my chances of qualifying for FHA loan, (if that's even possible)?
Added (2). Sorry I shouldn't have said partner. It will be my sister and we're in it for the long run, and are okay with a mortgage together. She would be my co signer.

Can I Get A Mortgage Loan?

I've been establishing my credit for 2 months, so it's at 650 (I checked). I've also had a water bill for about a year, if that helps. My boyfriend has none (long story).
He makes $8/hr, I make $7.50, both Tu-Sat jobs, 5 hrs/day due to school.
He has vehicle insurance & phone bill ($200/month total). I have a credit-building loan ($50/month).
Also, we have some savings.
What's the possibility we will be approved?
(Please no relationship advice) Thanks in advance!

Is my husband being unreasonable about this?

I was on the layoff list where I work. I had a stroke of good luck and found another job at the company will a larger salary that I took immediately. Then I found out I had an unexpected problem. At my new job I'm the boss of several guys. They are all great guys and they accepted me as their boss without any hesitation or problems working for a woman.

My problem is my husband. He wants me to quit my job because he said "I don't want you to working closely with all these guys who want to get into your pants." I told him they can want all they want but it is not going to happen. I pointed out to my husband that we need my income to make our mortgage payments and I would be happy to quit work if he got a job that would cover all our expenses.

Are all husbands this way? I have never given my husband any reason not to trust me. Why does he think every guy wants to get into my pants?
