Please explain if you know more.

So is nothing George W Bush's fault anymore now that Donald Trump is in the White House?

All the stuff that happened on Obama's watch: $19 trillion national debt, over 18 million Americans unemployed, 50 million Americans on food stamps, race relations have been set back 50 years ago, Has Prices and Oil Prices went up under Obama than it was before he took office, ISIS gained power in Iraq, and Syria, Assad used WMD on his own people, refugee crises from the Middle East, Russia invaded Ukraine, China built their military in the South China Sea making more islands, North Korea has been acting more belligerent than ever. But none of its Obama's fault and it's all Bush's fault, wait now it's Trump's fault because he just took office, right?

Can my mortgage company Secure my house if I am not yet in foreclosure?

This summer I had found out that I was being medically discharged from the military. I had talked to the mortgage company right away to see about the process to ensure that I was able to make payments once I was unemployed. Staying wasn't an option for my family.

After months of dealing with the mortgage company, zero progress had been made and they kept turning me in circles. I am still unemployed, and not able to keep up with my mortgage payments. I have been trying to shortsale the house, but that has taken me months to get them to do all the hardship packets and everything, and my realtors are biting at the bit for them to approve our shortsale request.

Here's where my question comes into play. Today I received a notice from my security company that someone was breaking into the house. Cops went out and found a third party contractor company claiming they were winterizing the home. Later turns out they had forcibly entered the home through my back window and according to my security system, tampered with the main security box.

I called the mortgage company, and they claimed that since I currently do not live in the home they do not have to notify me if they send contractors out, and that they have the right to enter and secure the home.

I verified with them that I am not in foreclosure at this time, and they hadn't approved my shortsale request either. Im confused on how the company can do this if the home isn't abandoned, and not being foreclosed on yet?
Added (1). Already looked into the service member relief act, and I do not qualify due to the home being purchased during service.

Do Americans pay off their homes?

Hi I'm confused? I a new generation inmigrant in the US (legal), and I see most people are paying 30 year mortgages.

My question is, don't people ever pay off those loans, and then when paid in full and die, inherit the one or two kids and generate wealth? Or why does it seem that every new generation of Americans is living day to day instead of inheriting this type of wealth from generations in this country?

I'm confused.

Should I go to university of Phoenix?

So here is my dilemma I have the capability to earn alot my resume is strong. I have worked some bad *** projects and some very advanced equipment. I have made 90k all without a degree in a year. I however had to do this while leaving my wife and kids behind. I can't handle it anymore so for the past year I have taken about a 65k paycut. I have the gi bill and I don't believe any degree will increase my income. However the post 9/11 gi bill pays my mortgage and then some plus I still want to work full time. I personally think degrees are over rated since I make a $1 more an hour than engineers who have a house worth of debt. So should use my gi bill for university of Phoenix. Also bonus info the school is literally 200 ft. From my work and 8mi. From my house.

Buying a home and its at the underwriting stage. Afraid of denial? Any thoughts?

So, we were pre-approved and everything is good. We've got all the documents and waiting on underwriting. I might be freaking out for nothing but I learned we can still be denied after reading articles. Our scores are high 600s low 700s so I know its not going to be a score issue. We have 2 credit cards but pay those. I just wanna know if we can still be denied because we owe on credit cards. Each is less than 1,000 we owe. We pay each month so I guess if anything stops us its that. Anyone been there like we are?

How to refinance a real estate with an existing mortgage if it's been gifted to you?

Before the deed is in your name do you have to get a loan? If not, would the mortgage company deny me and just take the real estate from me if I didn't have a down payment to refinance? How does one go on about doing this? I just want some more insight before I finally contact a real estate attorney
Any other information related is greatly appreciated

Should I say anything about my husband s secret money?

I ve been married 10 yrs. Going into the marriage my husband and I agreed to keep our separate accounts. We had our children from previous relationships and I had a considerable amount (still do) of debt that I didn t want him to know about. And, I didn t want to be questioned about my spending habits.
I give him money for the mortgage and a few household bills. It s not a whole lot.
I know that he has money. He makes excellent money and is wise with money. He believes that if you don t have the cash up front you don t need it.

Well, I did a bad thing. I got a hold of his ATM and looked to see how much he had. He has over a years salary. I feel so betrayed. Does he not love me enough to tell me? I am sure that some oh his thought process is that if he told me I would think " Whee! All this money". I am trying to put this out of my head and tell myself, thank God he has that. God forbide something happens, he would have the money to take care of --- as he has always done. Or, is it intended for something else? When did he get this money?
So do I confront knowing full well that I will break his trust?
Feeling so unsettled.

Should I use my credit card?

I received my credit card almost a year ago, but have never used it. Instead I have been using my debit card for all purchases. My question is, should I use my credit card in lieu of my debit card, then pay it off with the money from my checking account? (I don't have any income, I just buy things occasionally and save money from events/gifts)

Ex: Let's say I am going to buy something for $200 with my debit card. I already have the $200 and am going to spend it regardless. Should I pay with credit, then use that $200 to pay my balance off?

I am unsure if this is how building credit or using a credit card works.

What exactly is Sussan Ley's crime?

Is it that she had $800,000 ( less a substantial mortgage ) ? Is that she did not buy on impulse? If so why has no evidence come out about prior negotiations? Is it that she engineered a policy announcement on the Gold Coast in order to buy the flat? If so who really cares anyway and there is no proof of this? Labor and stooges are playing the politics of envy. Is it that she flies business class? Does flying standby make her a better Minister?

Why is it almost always the fault of someone else for liberals?

If Congress did not agree with Obama then it was their fault.
The banks tricked them on their mortgage.
They didn't get health insurance because everyone else will not pay for them to weigh 400 lbs.

I'm a sugary baby and trying to buy a home with no income?please?

Hello everyone

I'm a full time student and also a sugar baby… Or an arm candy
I do not have sex with them it's just for companionship simple as that
So I wanted to clear that out before anyone starts judging me
Anyways, I'm interested in buying a house and put a down payment of 20 percent but the thing is I have no income or taxable income as they say… So basically the money is considered to be a gift
I get about 5000 dollars a month but with a little saving that i managed to do i might be able to put a down payment of 20 percent I'm also not looking to buy an expensive house maybe around 300k or 400k max
But how can I buy a house or even get approved with having sugar baby income?
my credit score is excellent and above 750
I'm just tired of doing what I do and want to get my life together
I never had a job like i said I'm a full-time student and my field of study is very very hard it's medical… I came from a poor family and no one supports me
PS i helped to support my elder mother and i also help my brother
So my life is tough right now however i feel like i'm being pressured to have to do things with those men, things that i'm not going to be comfortable with
So my rent is so high right now if i can manage to get a house and pay mortgage it would be a lot better for me
Any ideas how i can do that?
Thanks a lot.
And please don't be judging me if your going to be an *** hole then go look in the mirror first
thanks.
Added (1). Wrong: the sugar baby income is not considered a self-employment income… I already have asked about that.
Added (2). Like i said if you are going to judge me and call me names then you are not better than me… I'm sure and I can assure you I'm a very decent person who's not just sitting on my *** I'm actually pursuing my medical education and for all of you who's already calling me names you are acting like holy who did not commit a sin well at least I don't have sex with those men… And I still get paid for it when you ugly losers get f**ked for free and then get dumped lol bye haters.
Added (3). AGAIN: IT IS NOT TAXABLE!
here's the link check it out before you actually say it is!
http://blog.seekingarrangement.com/2015/03/25/opinion-sugar-taxes/
Added (4). Your answered has nothing to do with me… With her case, there's accusations and abuse which has nothing to do with my question
Seeking arrangement has the biggest lawyers and their sugar babies or daddies are protected… The sugar daddies are the ones who should pay the taxes but since it's a *gift* and we are considered to be no different than their girlfriends then they don't have to pay taxes nor should we…
Added (5). PS not like i don't want to pay taxes i would love to if i owe anything… But this income is not taxable… They're helping me with it, I'm not doing any services for them or hired by them and there's no contract or an agreement between us. And If they ask me actually i can prove that income and if anything i can get them in trouble since they made a direct deposit:) i'm not stupid to accept cash lol

How to deal with husbands past?

I use to think about his past everyday and tried leaving him a couple times when we were dating because I hated being with someone with a kid. But he was so sweet and patient I fell in love with him and his daughter seemed to really like me. We were together about a year and a half when I found out I was pregnant and then I got fired from my job. It was a hard time, but I was happy to be having a baby. During my pregnancy I put together babys nursery and I rarely thought about my husbands past (besides the three days a week we had his daughter). I had the baby 6 weeks ago and now those feeings are coming back. He used to tell me that we were going to buy a new house and now he is telling me that I need to go back to work if I ever want a house. His ex wife never worked (and still doesn't) and had no problem spending his money. She got a $5000 boob job and he took $14000 out of his 401k for her car and a failed business she tried to start up that he is still paying back. I sold my car for extra cash and now he and I share his car. I paid for everything for my baby on my own with the money I saved. He hasn't paid for anything for my baby or me and I would never ask him too. Im mad that he was such an idiot that now I am suffering emotionally and financially because of his past. Sometimes I wish I would have left him when I had the chance, but now I have a baby with him and need to figure out how to get over this! I really do love him so much, but I'm suffering everyday.
