Recently sold my house and want to know my tax consequences?

I bought my house for $125,000 about 2 and half years ago. I did not take out a mortgage. I borrowed $100k from my parents and I paid $25k down. I recently sold it for $150k. What is my income tax consequences I have on selling my house.
