Thinking of having a lodger?

struggling with mortgage not got much money left, was thinking of buying flat, selling my house. Maybe get a lodger not sure which is best. If I did decide to get lodger in, if I could trust someone don't want them taking over my house. Need better life where watching every penny. Don't have to worry.

Any ideas please would appreciate it thank you.
