We recently put in a offer for a home that was listed at 249900. Because we have down payment and not closing. (I know some people don't believe you should buy if you don't have closing but hey we are trying) We offered 247000 with a good faith down of 5000 and the credit of 3% for closing. What do you think our chances are?
