I'm 24 and recently divorced. My ex is selling me the house for what she owes. My name isn't on the mortgage so I can't do a quit claim. I have NO CREDIT(stupid I know). She doesn't owe very much. It was a foreclosed duplex.
I live in one side and rent the other. That's why I have to find a way. It's a great investment for probably half what it's worth.
What are some no credit/non traditional forms of credit mortgage lenders?
