Has anyone had experience buying a VA Loan Foreclosure? A property that is owned by secretary of veteran affairs and managed by VRM mortgage services.
I am in current negotiation - they respond within 24 hours which is nice.
They had an offer that fell through and the property has been listed for 3 months.
I put in my offer Friday (i was the first offer) and someone else put one in over the weekend. The bank countered my offer and i accepted it on Monday. My offer is an all cash offer and its 5k off their asking price - they do not seem to budge from the price.
I am worried the offer someone else submitted over the weekend might be higher than mine but it probably has loan terms and mine is cash. The bank still countered today and i accepted does this mean they will accept and pick me if they countered? I'm nervous. I guess ill know in a day.
