Fairly vague question, however I am hoping to be ready to buy my first home in 2016, my aim is to get a fixed 10 year mortgage (this would cover the entirety of the mortgage period), I am set on the 10 year fixed for my own reasons (namely the security of knowing my costs won't differ)
My question is, are mortgage rates expected to rise significantly between now and say mid 2016, can I afford to wait this long?
