I bought a house and my EX partner put herself as living there beginning of December, we have just split up end of June, she says she wants half my house. She's paid nothing towards deposit, I paid mortgage, all bills have come out my bank. We do have a child together, so she thinks she is entitled to half my house. Is that correct?
