Ok first off I'm not some angry kid trying to run away from home and get a house. I found a house near the college I'm attending at a good deal. I'm 16 and I want to get a mortgage on the house. My parents are willing to cosign. I'm in South Carolina. I have a job and I plan on renting out part of the house. I already have people that will move in with me and pay rent. Is there anyway I can get a mortgage?
