Okay, let's just say hypothetically I bought a house with my girlfriend for $206,000. I paid $60000 cash which I transferred out of my bank account to hers, and she got a mortgage for the remaining balance.
Now let's just say she tried to kick me out for good because she doesn't want to be together anymore, and she also says she can legally kick me out for good because she's the only one on the mortgage( which I pay half of)and the deed since I paid cash. Is she right? Am I screwed out of $60000 and can she really legally not let me in? By the way, let's also just say we're not married legally either.
