We have recently had an offer accepted on a property we would like to buy however the property has two kitchens. It is a 4 bedroom detatched house with a joint annex into the main house with bathroom/kitchen facilities. We do not intend to let out the annex and will only use it for family residence only. Until we move into the house we cannot knock out the kitchen facility although when we move in this is a viable option. However at the moment the second kitchen/bathroom poses as a big problem as would would like to transfer our current mortgage to the property we would like to buy. If anyone has any advice or experience with dealing with this type of problem please do share any advice which will be much appreciated.
