I was rejected on basis of section 214(b) of USA Visa Denials that I would not return back. Now, I am thinking of reapplying. I have to represent my country at a competition in USA and I am planning to mortgage the property to the organization funding me until I return back from USA. Would this satisfy the USA Visa Consular Officers?
