I have recently tried to apply for a joint mortgage with my partner but I failed the credit check, after setting up a noddle.co.uk account I found out the information says I'm not on the electoral roll. I rang my local council office they have confirmed that I am on the electoral roll and they have given me a pdeno code and a barcode to ipdate the information but who or where do I go to update my credit information?
