I'm new the buying a house. I have a decent job and am ready to make a purchase. My grandmother has a house that she has been paying off a mortgage for a long time now. I believe there is right around 60,000 left. She would like to sell me the house and move somewhere smaller. When doing this, I do I have to pay the full cost of the house, or can I pick up where she left off? I don't know how any of this works nor how to even set it in motion. She has Health problems and my mother has power of attorney. Can someone give me as much info as possible please. Thanks
