Tthis is NOT the family home, i occasionally rented it out but usually had lodgers living with me who helped pay most of the mortgage, we do have children, can she make me sell it she wants to?
Added (1). Will she have to pay for Solicitors or will she be supported by the state in these matters, as she does'nt work.
Added (2). Can she stop me from selling by putting some kind of restriction on it?
