just prior to the 2008 mortgage fiasco a lot of apartments were being turned into condos. Right after the 2008 mortgage fiasco the condos were being turned back into apartments but some of the condos were sold low price to individuals. Now some individuals who bought at the lower prices, and because of the way the law states, are being told their condos can be sold right out from under them to a developer of apartment buildings.
