I currently am paying $450 per month in child support. My monthly income take home is about $3200 per month. My total monthly expenses are about $1400 per month. Due to the fact that I have been living in a camper van by choice over the past 18 months to save up some serious cash, My ex wife is trying to get an increase of child support due to the fact that I have no rent or mortgage to pay. Her attorney is even entertaining this mess… Is this within GA law to get it raised for this reason? Or is it based off of what both parents are making?
