I live in nc and my dad passed leaving me his mortgaged home, financed truck and 2 life insurance policy's. I plan on continuing payment on home, living there and truck payment. And life insurance money has been used to pay most debts from dad's estate. Does this have to be reported to social services? I receive food stamps and Medicaid for my children. My income is still the same.
