I am 18 years old and was wondering if there were any cheap properties with down payments of $5000-$10000. I want to start young because i have nothing to lose while im still young. I already know what to do and how to invest in houses like this so i guess this really isnt a question at all. Have people renting the property pay the mortgage for you (plus a little extra). So should i do this or not?
