i dont understand how and any one normal. Can afford to buy a house. I go to zillow, and they expect monthly payments of 900- 1600 on certain houses. Then when i talk to the banks and mortgage broker they all tell me i need to make from 4000-8000 a year. Is there really any way some one who make 30k can buy a house in boston
