I want to buy a $12,000 trailer. Including moving it to my property, buying and installing a septic tank, setting up electricity, laying the foundation etc. Runs up to about $20,000. I really wants this but don't have the money so I figured a bank may loan the money to me for a 6 year loan or something. I'm not sure if this would be a mortgage or a personal loan or what but advice would be appreciated.
